Rental Services
We offer a variety of rates and services for your business. We offer short-term leased kitchen space rentals (six months to one year lease terms), hourly options and a hybrid of both.
Hourly Kitchen Rental
Just getting going or want to keep your business hours in control? Hourly is a great option.
Hourly rental is offered to all members of the North Shore Culinary Center. Hourly rental is a one time annual $1500 membership fee; hourly usage fees commence as you need the kitchen.
We offer you in-house consultation and provide you with commercial kitchen space as you need it and depending on your needs.
You pay as you go—no need to pay in advance.
Hourly hybrid model exists for those that need more longer term storage for their business. Shelving rental for hybrids starts at $100/month.
Leased Rental Spaces
We offer custom-tailored and standalone sections in the kitchen for you and your business to operate out of.
After signing a six month or one year lease, you will receive a key to the facility and can use it as your home base of business operations 24/7. Rates start at $1500 and up based upon the needs of your business. First, last and security deposit required.
Leased rental spaces are ideal for startups that have identified revenue streams, food trucks, ghost restaurants and other small business startups.

Leased Kitchen space starts at $1500/month
Hourly Rentals useage rentals are $30-40/hour with a $1500 annual membership fee.
All tenants receive free business consultation each month with our in-house business consulting firm Prep to Profit.
What You Need to Rent From Us
We will work with you to successfully obtain all of the following:
Danvers Board of Health Food License
Manager ServSafe 5 Year and Allergen Awareness (Massachusetts State Law)
Business Insurance (Massachusetts State Law)
Any other permits or licenses you may need (Hawker’s, Wholesale, USDA, etc)
First, last and security for leasing tenants; $1500 membership fee for Hourly Tenants

Available & Accessible
The Culinary Center is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week to accommodate all of your business needs—including holidays. Our Founder and Management Team are always available if there is an issue that arises in the kitchen.
Located in Danvers, Massachusetts, we have all major highways and routes going through our Town. It makes getting to work easier, delivering orders easier, customer pickups hassle-free and extremely convenient for your business to operate.
In-House Consulting & Board of Health Compliance
We offer free consulting each month to all of our tenants (both hourly and leased tenants) through our in-house consulting firm
Prep to Profit.
Prep to Profit handles everything to help you launch your business successfully from your Board of Health inspection to branding your vision, online presence/marketing and more.
Prep to Profit will work with you and the Board of Health to ensure you are compliant and receive your licenses and permits in orderly fashion.
